About
I'm Dr Kurren Sandhu - an NHS and private GP with nine years of clinical experience and further training in lifestyle medicine. After burning out myself, I committed to practising what I preach, building the systems and protocols I now use to thrive at work and in sport.
I completed a neuroscience research year at Queen Square (UCL Institute of Neurology) and have since spent thousands of hours studying neuroscience, psychology, and high performance — alongside further training in CBT-i for insomnia at the University of Oxford. Having had my own bouts of insomnia, I know the difference good sleep makes, and I help both organisations and individuals fix it.
I also work at an emerging private health screening company and speak at FTSE 100 companies and beyond, having performed at TEDx and No.10 Downing Street.
Outside work, I run, race Hyrox with my Dad, and have cycled London to Paris and completed the Special Forces Fan Dance (Clean Fatigue). What I'm most proud of though, is prioritising the longevity lever that matters most — quality relationships with family and friends.
