GP-led lifestyle medicine — not another quick fix for sleep.
Most insomnia care stops at a prescription pad or a generic sleep hygiene leaflet. This is an eight-week, GP-led program that combines evidence-based behavioural therapy with advanced blood testing and whole-health lifestyle medicine — so we address what's actually driving your sleep issues, not just the nights you can't switch off.
Full eight-week program. Delivered virtually. Blood testing included. The full cost of the 8-week program is £1,600.
Professionals and high performers who've tried everything — sleep apps, supplements, short-term fixes — and still can't get consistent, restorative sleep. You want a doctor who understands insomnia clinically and personally, with the time to do it properly.
Book your free assessment online. We'll see if the program is the right fit, arrange advanced blood testing, and begin a structured eight-week plan — each session building on the last — delivered entirely virtually.
I'm Dr Kurren Sandhu - an NHS and private GP with nine years of clinical experience and further training in lifestyle medicine. After burning out myself, I committed to practising what I preach, building the systems and protocols I now use to thrive at work and in sport.
I completed a neuroscience research year at Queen Square (UCL Institute of Neurology) and have since spent thousands of hours studying neuroscience, psychology, and high performance — alongside further training in CBT-i for insomnia at the University of Oxford. Having had my own bouts of insomnia, I know the difference good sleep makes, and I help both organisations and individuals fix it.
I also work at an emerging private health screening company and speak at FTSE 100 companies and beyond, having performed at TEDx and No.10 Downing Street.
Outside work, I run, race Hyrox with my Dad, and have cycled London to Paris and completed the Special Forces Fan Dance (Clean Fatigue). What I'm most proud of though, is prioritising the longevity lever that matters most — quality relationships with family and friends.
I take a full medical history and ask about your current sleep habits. I'll share evidence-based sleep tips and assess whether you'd be a good fit for the full program — it's a chance for us both to decide if this is the right approach for you.
The entire eight-week program is delivered virtually. You can join from wherever you are — no travel, no clinic waiting rooms.
Each week builds on the last. We start with a thorough assessment and blood testing, then work through structured sessions that progressively address the behavioural, lifestyle, and clinical factors affecting your sleep.
I can't guarantee individual outcomes — sleep is complex and personal. But the principles I use, including CBT-i, are effective in around 80% of people based on large meta-analyses. That's why I focus on evidence-based methods rather than quick fixes.
Absolutely — many people with other health conditions benefit from better sleep. We do a full assessment to see if the program is the right fit for both of us before you commit to anything.
